If you were hoping to get your hands on some tasty quality sausages then you’ve come to the right place. Consider us your home for the good old British banger in Shanghai.
Our sausages are made according to traditional recipes. Some are good old favourites and some have been given a little of the bad boy twist.

Our Sausages

Traditional British style unsmoked back bacon. Proper stuff. Use age old method of dry curing for at least 7 days to produce this delicious and sizzle in the pan, lip smacking bit of meat.
Ingredients: pork, salt, honey, brown sugar, white sugar, black pepper, cinnamon, nitrite.

A popular variety at most UK butchers with the herb sage and white pepper. Lincolnshire sausage is a form of sausage that originated in the county of Lincolnshire, England.
Ingredients: Pork, water, oats, salt, natural herbs and spices, corn flour.

Spicy taste with Sichuan chilli. Great tasting sausage and we promise you won’t get numb lips although be warned. Some people find this bad boy too powerful.
Ingredients: Pork, water, oats, rice wine, salt, natural herbs and spices.

This is your good old all round quintessential British pork sausage. Great as part of a full English breakfast.
Ingredients: Pork, pork rind, water, oats, salt, natural herbs and spices, sugar.

Contains real apple chunks and apple cider. Slightly sweet and herb flavour profile. These bad boys go slightly browner in the pan due to the sugars caramelising as you cook. You may also find that like the hulk they may split when cooking due to the apple chunks expanding. Personally I don’t mind this one bit but if you like your sausage beautiful then cook these on lower temperature and try not to poke at them too much.
Ingredients: Pork, Cider, oats, dried apple, salt, natural herbs and spices.

Also known as The Ducken sausage. Mix of prime chicken and duck meat with nutmeg and sausage. Would make a fine breakfast sausage as an alternative to pork.
Ingredients: Chicken, Bacon, soya flour, salt, natural herbs and spices. (Gluten free)

A popular variety at most UK butchers with black pepper and coriander. Cumberland sausage is a form of sausage that originated in the county of Cumberland, England.
Ingredients: Pork, water, oats, salt, natural herbs and spices, corn flour.

This sausage was inspired by the founders’ snowboarding trips in the Austrian mountains where he first sunk his teeth into the Kassekrainer, and just thought “sausage with cheese inside, what a genius idea”. Well we were not content to just get real chunks of cheddar and mozzarella cheese into these bad boys we chucked in some sundried tomatoes too. After all Italy is really not that far from Austria.
Ingredients: Pork, water, oats, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, sundried tomato, salt, natural herbs and spices.

Succulent chicken sausage with garlic accents and chucks of our delicious honey dry cured bacon.
Ingredients: Chicken, Duck, soya protein, salt, natural herbs and spices. (Gluten free)

The Chocolate Chilli Pork Sausage

Sounds a little weird right but you know it works. Chilli provides the high notes, a fine blend of herbs and other spices fill in the middle and the chocolate grounds everything with bass notes.

The Chicken, Bacon, Mango & Jalapeno Sausage

We’ere developing a chilli theme here it seems. We had to give this one a go. Last year we tried to do a similar sausage for entry into a competition. We used pineapple and what would you know; pineapple contains enzymes that break down meat. We ended with mushy sausages. This year we got it right with the substitution of mango and a little heat from the Jalapeno.

Our Store

The initial idea was to have a small retail space where people could come buy our sausages and bacon with a few light dishes featuring the meat. We are got a little ambitious and we’ve tried to push the limits of what we can churn out of our tiny space with minimum of equipment. We think we do a good job of creating an authentic small British ‘caff’ in the midst of old shanghai.

We’ll give a clue to the English speakers out there, the translations into English go beyond the simple meaning of what ‘real men’ or ‘real women’ don’t eat.
